Unique Granite & Stone does NOT sell or quote to the public, builders, or retailers. We only sell our granite slabs to the fabricators, or, by their direction. We do not make referrals for any particular company, and, deliver only by fabricator authorization. When your assigned fabricator purchases your selected slabs he assumes full responsibility for the completion of that project. Your fabricator will determine the quantity needed for that project based on his experience with that stone for the best application of the installation; he assumes responsibility for measurements, layouts, breakage, and the customer's final acceptance in accordance with his licenses.

Choose who you will use to fabricate & install from your sub-contractor list, inform us, and we fax them the selection confirmation information for that visit. Simply inform the fabricator the selection has been made at "UNIQUE GRANITE", and they will place a hold on the material. We then arrange for the delivery date at their location. Eliminate chasing around trying to find matches for outdated samples, have your client hand select their slabs. Note: Your fabricator may hold material up to 30 days by issuing a P.O with a delivery date noted.

Our viewing & distribution center stocks thousands of granite slabs, none of which are exorbitant or rare stones. We purposely limit our product selections to avoid colors that would tempt your client into outrageous pricing levels. We have an outstanding selection of many standards, and an impressive array of semi-exotics from which you may choose. Your fabricators can help you group price the selections should you wish to select from several different movements to help you choose the best stone at the most affordable rate.
